Websightful UG ("us", "we", or "our") operates 1st things 1st (the "Web App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Web App.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Web App. Using the Web App, you agree about collecting and using the information defined in this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Web App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

From the personal data ("Personal Information"), we are storing your first and last names, email, avatars from a social network or Gravatar, a company name (if applicable), interests, and notification settings.

The Web App stores the things for which you want to set priorities, success criteria, and evaluations. The information is kept private unless you choose to share it with others. But the usage patterns might be later used to improve the Web App and user experience for you and other users (for example, by redesigning the user interface or applying Machine Learning to optimize workflows).

To comply with GDPR cookie law, we are also storing your device's IP address, browser's User-Agent string, and cookie consent preferences, which can be linked to your account.

If you want to get a list of all the data that is stored about you on the Web App, you can ask for it in the feedback form and we will respond within 2 working days.

Log Data

Depending on your Cookie Consent preferences, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Web App ("Log Data").

This Log Data includes information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Web App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

For log data, we are using internal installation of Matomo and third-party services Microsoft Clarity and Facebook Pixel that collect, monitor, and analyze the usage statistics of the Web App and measure the effectiveness of advertising.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, reminders, and notifications.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include a unique anonymous identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a Web App and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Like many Web Apps, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can carefully choose the categories of cookies you want to accept on the Cookie Consent Management page.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

All website data is transferred to and from the server using the SSL certificate.

No plain passwords are saved in the database. Instead, we store their hashes, where we can check the password's validity, but we cannot find out what your password was.

Payments are done through our reseller and Merchant of Record who takes care of more secure measurements. No credit card, banking, or billing information is saved on our servers.

We do daily backups and should be able to recover the lost database within 24 hours. We keep daily backups for 7 days.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
